(1) Is there a minimum order?
There is NO MINIMUM ORDER. We have no set amount you must spend to place an order with us,
on or off line. You can order a single product or mass quantities, the choice is yours.
You might want to take a look at the prices of our flat rate shipping to get the best deal when ordering.

Yes, we accept Visa, Master Card, American Express, Discover and PayPal through our online PayPal shopping cart. All credit card payments are processed through our PayPal account.

Yes, When ordering through the mail, first print out a order form.
Then visit all of the products that interest you and fill in the order
form with the items you wish to order. When you are ready to checkout,
tally up your order, including shipping and tax charges. Fill out your
check or money order for the total and address the payment to Vicki Birdsong.

We ship best way to most street addresses and US Mail to all P.O. Boxes.

We use a flat rate to set shipping costs. If your order totals between the pre set amounts,
your order will be charged the shipping costs for the unit price. To get the most from your shipping
charges, add a few more smaller items to your order until it totals just under the largest amount of
the shipping unit price.
Shipping units are divided as follows,
$0.01 to $4.99 = $3.95 shipping charge
$5 to $14.99 = $5.95 shipping charge
$15 to $24.99 = $7.95 shipping charge
$25 to $74.99 = $12.95 shipping charge
$75 and up = $18.95 shipping charge
We use these same rates for internet and mail orders.

We try to get internet orders shipped the next business day.
(checks and money orders take 2 or 3 days longer to process).After your order ships,
we will email or phone you with the shipping method used and any tracking information available.

Sure you can and we will refund the shipping charges when you pick it up. We don’t really have a store,
like a lot of internet stores, we are working out of our home. This keeps our overhead low and we are
able to pass the savings on to you in reduced prices. If you would like to pick up your order from our
place in Kingman Az. Please call and make sure that we have your order ready to be pick up and expect
to spend some time talking about prospecting.

You can request a refund at anytime before your order is shipped and we will issue a refund with in 2 days
of the request. Returns are only accepted if the product is returned to us in an unused condition, in its
original packaging and with in 4 weeks of delivery. We do not refund any shipping costs
(item to you or item back to us).

We only carry a warranty on the items we produce under the name of Find Free Gold Products.
All other products either have no warranty or are warrantied by the company that produce the product.
